Each and every doughnut is made from scratch in our downstairs kitchen. We hand make the dough every morning using only the best quality, organic (as much as possible) ingredients. Our bakers hand roll and cut each doughnut and then fry to perfection in pure rapeseed oil. No additives, artificial colours or flavourings – ever. We proudly use freshly milled organic flour from Skærtoftmølle, farm eggs from Søtoftes Jordbrug and Madagascan vanilla from Mette Ravn Vanilje.
